Refund Policy

How Motion Core reviews duplicate payments, delivery failures, billing mistakes, and refund or correction requests.

Last updated: October 4, 2026

1. Digital access and completed delivery

Motion Core provides time-limited digital access and license delivery. Once an order has been successfully paid, verified, and the purchased access has been delivered, the transaction is normally treated as completed.

2. When a correction or refund may be reviewed

Motion Core may review a refund, replacement, extension, or other billing correction when there is evidence of a duplicate charge, an incorrect charge, a confirmed payment that was not delivered because of a Motion Core system failure, or another material transaction error attributable to Motion Core.

3. Situations that normally do not qualify

Requests based only on a change of mind after successful delivery, loss of access caused by violating the Terms or Acceptable Use Policy, inaccurate information entered by the purchaser, third-party compatibility changes, or use in an environment that does not permit the relevant functionality normally do not qualify for a refund unless applicable law requires otherwise.

4. How to request a review

Contact official Motion Core support and include the order ID, approximate payment time, selected plan, Roblox username used at checkout, and a concise explanation of the problem. Do not send passwords, session cookies, authentication tokens, or full financial credentials.

5. Review outcome

Requests are reviewed using payment and delivery records. Depending on the facts, Motion Core may issue a refund where available, correct the order, restore or extend access, or explain why the completed transaction does not qualify. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer law.
